No WhatsApp Business API account is required. PropOps generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message link — when you click Send, WhatsApp opens with the message ready to go. You confirm and send it yourself.
How it works
Recipient chosen
Select the contractor or tenant to message. Their phone number is pulled from their profile automatically.
Message composed
PropOps substitutes the template placeholders (job reference, address, contractor name, etc.) and generates the final message text.
Message templates
Templates are managed in Admin → WhatsApp Templates. Each template has:| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Internal label for the template |
| Body | The message text with placeholder variables |
| Variables | Dynamic values substituted at send time (e.g. job reference, address, contractor name) |
Supported recipients
| Account type | Supported |
|---|---|
| Contractor | ✅ |
| Tenant | ✅ |
| Agent | ❌ |
| Staff | ❌ |
| Landlord | ❌ |
