Get up and running

Log in to PropOps

Navigate to your organisation’s PropOps URL and sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator. New users will be guided through the onboarding flow automatically.

Explore your dashboard

Your dashboard shows accepted jobs, recalls, revenue, and recent activity at a glance. Widgets are customisable to surface the metrics that matter most to your role.

Create your first job

Go to Jobs and click New Job. Fill in the property address, job type, priority, and assigned contractor. The platform routes the job and notifies all relevant parties automatically.

Track progress and communicate

Add case notes, attach documents and photos, and communicate directly via email threading or WhatsApp — all linked to the job record for a complete audit trail.
