• PropOps iOS — a native iOS application for solo contractors, distributed via the Apple App Store. All data is stored in the user’s personal Apple CloudKit / iCloud account. PropOps Technologies Ltd does not operate servers or access any user data.

• The completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content within the Services.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
• The fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

• Does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
• Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party integrations.
• Encourages users to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services.

4.2 PropOps iOS

• Does not control Apple’s services and is not responsible for their availability.
• Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Apple service outages, iCloud data loss, or changes to Apple’s terms.
• Encourages users to review Apple’s Terms of Service.

5. Data Accuracy

• Does not independently verify data entered by users (addresses, contact details, financial figures, etc.).
• Is not responsible for errors or omissions in user-submitted data.
• Recommends that users regularly review and update their records.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PropOps Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• PropOps Web — PropOps Technologies Ltd’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from PropOps Web shall not exceed the total licence fee paid by the Customer for the licensed version.
• PropOps iOS — PropOps Technologies Ltd’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from PropOps iOS shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• As PropOps Web is self-hosted, PropOps Technologies Ltd is not liable for issues arising from your hosting environment, server configuration, network security, or failure to apply updates.
• As PropOps iOS data is stored in Apple CloudKit / iCloud, PropOps Technologies Ltd is not liable for issues arising from Apple’s infrastructure, iCloud availability, or data loss within Apple’s services.

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
