The job calendar gives you a visual overview of all scheduled work. This guide walks through everyday calendar tasks.

Switching views

Open the calendar

Click Calendar in the sidebar navigation.

Choose a view

Use the view buttons in the top-right corner to switch between Month, Week, and Day views.

Navigate dates

Click the left/right arrows to move forward or back by one period. Click Today to return to the current date.

Filtering jobs

Open the filter panel

Click the Filter button above the calendar to expand the filter options.

Select your filters

Choose any combination of:
  • Branch — view jobs for a specific branch
  • Contractor — show only one contractor’s jobs
  • Agent — filter by the agent who raised the job
  • Job type — narrow to a specific trade or category
  • Status — show only jobs in a particular status

Apply

Filters take effect immediately. They persist when you switch views — switching from month to week keeps your filters active.
Combine the Branch and Contractor filters to see a single contractor’s workload for a specific office — useful for capacity planning.

Opening a job from the calendar

Click any job card on the calendar to navigate directly to the job detail page. From there you can update the status, add case notes, or reassign the contractor.

Reading the colour codes

Jobs are colour-coded by status:
ColourMeaning
BlueNew or unassigned
AmberAssigned, awaiting acceptance
GreenIn progress
GreyCompleted
RedSLA breached or overdue
Red jobs need immediate attention — they have exceeded their SLA response or completion window.
