## Understanding branch performance

Branch performance analytics score each branch on a **0–100 scale** with a letter grade from **A+** to **D**.

### Scoring factors

| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Job completion time** | Average days from creation to completion |
| **Payment speed** | How quickly invoices are settled |
| **Quote acceptance rate** | Proportion of quoted jobs that proceed |
| **Revenue** | Total job value processed through the branch |

### Using the analytics view

* **Top performing branches** are highlighted at the top.
* **Branches needing attention** are flagged with below-average scores.
